Russ Victor established PJ Victor Insurance and Financial Brokers in Plettenberg Bay on the Garden Route in 1996. His many years of experience and list of long-standing clients is a testament to his work as a financial advisor. He has walked alongside many clients, who started their financial planning journey with him, through life’s many ups and downs, all the way to retirement.

Deon Victor
Certified Financial Planner®
After graduating with a B Comm, Deon Victor pursued his post graduate in Financial Planning and qualified as a Certified Financial Planner®. He gained valuable experience in various roles, including investment fund accounting, specialized investment consultancy, business development and compliance in Cape Town, before relocating to Plettenberg Bay in 2013 to join the family business.

Deon brings a wealth of expertise to his role. With his knowledge, experience, and passion, Deon is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their future.

Outside of work and family, Deon enjoys pursuing his hobbies of fishing, running, golf and surfing. He is also an active senior member and qualified coxswain at the local Sea Rescue station, demonstrating his commitment to serving his community.

Ann Victor
Fiduciary Practitioner
Ann Victor joined the family business in 2016. Prior to this she completed a B Comm Management Accounting degree, as well as a post-graduate qualification in Financial Planning. To expand the business’ offering, she went on to complete a Diploma in Trust and Estate Administration.

Ann is passionate about helping people, and is an active member of a local charity, Hope Rising SA, which focuses on helping women and children in the Bitou Community. Other hobbies include running and spending time in the kitchen, cooking for friends and family.
